The following are the Terms and Conditions of Use for TXTBOOKTRADER.COM. Please read them carefully because they are binding on you. Anyone viewing TXTBOOKTRADER.COM and/or using our services is submitting and agrees to these terms. TXTBOOKTRADER.COM reserves the right to modify these at any time. 10. Resumes submitted by Individuals looking for employment are confidential and will only be viewed by registered Employers of TXTBOOKTRADER.COM. Unauthorized use, duplication, and distribution of submitted resumes is prohibited.

11. Users understand that TXTBOOKTRADER.COM may disclose aggregate information to certain third parties at any time. TXTBOOKTRADER.COM will not disclose any personal information entered by users, such as name and email address. We will only disclose statistical information reflecting the use and success of our site. We will withhold any information identifying you as an individual except in certain rare instances where we feel it our lawful responsibility to do so.

12. TXTBOOKTRADER.COM is a website designed for use by INDIVIDUALS OVER THE AGE OF 18.

13. Users agree that there is no partnership or association between them and TXTBOOKTRADER.COM. TXTBOOKTRADER.COM acts only as a venue helping individuals find text books. If a member fails to find a book or fails to receive their item, TXTBOOKTRADER.COM is in no way responsible for this. Members are not screened before their information is forwarded to other members. TXTBOOKTRADER.COM is not responsible for verifying the information submitted by users.

16. If a member sells to another member found on TXTBOOKTRADER.COM, we are not responsible for any actions by this employee or any problems that may occur with this member.

17. TXTBOOKTRADER.COM is not responsible for any actions taken by members using this website.

18. Any user in violation of the above terms and conditions of use may be terminated or suspended upon the discretion of TXTBOOKTRADER.COM. TXTBOOKTRADER.COM reserves the right to pursue legal actions against anyone in breach or violation of the above stated terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, deletion of current item postings, deletion of online item postings, and complete termination of account and use of the entire website.
